FAQ

What does "Raw, Unfiltered Honey" actually mean?

Most honey you find in grocery stores is heated and ultra-filtered, which strips away the natural goodness. Our honey is "raw," meaning it has never been heated. It is only lightly strained to remove bits of wax, so it retains all the beneficial enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that nature intended.

Where is your honey harvested?

Our bees are located in the Redlands of South Florida. This unique environment provides a diverse range of wildflowers, giving our honey its distinct, rich, and local flavor profile.

Why does my honey look cloudy or crystallized?

If your honey turns cloudy or starts to harden, don’t worry! This is a sign of 100% pure, raw honey. Because we don't heat or process our honey, it will naturally crystallize over time. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling!) water.

How should I store my honey?

Store your honey in a cool, dry place, like a pantry or cupboard, away from direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate it, as the cold can actually speed up the crystallization process.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! We are proud to serve our local community. At checkout, you can select Local Pickup or Delivery options. Once your order is placed, we will reach out via email to coordinate the details and timing with you.

Are your jars reusable?

Absolutely! Our honey is bottled in high-quality glass jars. Once you finish your honey, you can easily wash the jars and use them for food storage, spices, or even upcycling into DIY projects.

Is raw honey safe for infants?

No. As a safety precaution, raw honey should never be given to infants under one year old due to the risk of infant botulism.
