Experience the authentic taste of a South Florida autumn.  When Brazilian pepper trees bloom alongside autumn wildflowers across South Florida, our bees bring that unique blend of nectar straight back to the hive. Because our bees gather from both these autumn blossoms and surrounding wildflowers, this limited fall harvest naturally carries a distinctly warm, complex flavor profile. It combines classic floral smoothness with a subtle, cozy, peppery-sweet finish.

Pure & Raw: We take our honey straight from the comb to the jar. To ensure the highest quality, we lightly strain the honey to remove natural wax and hive particles, while leaving all the beneficial pollen and nutrients completely intact. No heat, no fine-filtering, and no additives.
